As part of onboarding and to ensure we correctly identify the party entering into an agency agreement (including a REIQ Form 6 appointment and NSW equivalent agreements), we may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority.

This may involve sighting a government-issued photo identification document such as a driver licence and passport. These documents are viewed only. We do not copy, scan, photograph, record or store identification documents or identification numbers.

We collect, use and disclose personal information to provide our buyers agency services and to operate our business, including:

  • assessing your requirements and providing property sourcing and advisory services
  • communicating with you about shortlisted properties and negotiations
  • coordinating inspections, due diligence and reports
  • liaising with real estate agents, vendors, and your advisers (for example conveyancers/solicitors)
  • preparing and administering agreements and invoices, and keeping business records
  • direct marketing (where permitted) and managing opt-outs

If you do not provide personal information we reasonably request, we may not be able to provide our services, progress negotiations, coordinate due diligence, or meet our legal obligations.
